The staff was warm an...Our last stop on our wonderful trip to Italy, we spent 4 nights in this lovely boutique hotel. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance of major points of interest. The staff was warm and welcoming and made us feel pampered during our stay. There are comfortable common areas including a breakfast room/lounge. A wonderful breakfast buffet was available each morning and included in the cost of the room. Coffee, juices, Fruit, pastries, meats & cheeses, cereals, yogurt and scrambled eggs, bacon & potatos. They also offer eggs cooked as you like them and other cooked to order options. During the afternoon there are complimentary tea, coffee & snacks. And in the evening cocktails are available to charge to the room. The rooms themselves were very comfortable and bathrooms have all the amenities provided. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. They recommended a family owned restaurant within walking distance that was one of our favorites during our entire trip. They even fixed us boxed breakfasts and coffee for our very early taxi ride to the airport. Thank you all for taking such good care of us in Florence. There’s also a small bar with a great bartender who suggested grappa for my husband who was a bit under the weather when we first arrived.
