This is a welcome addition to the hotel. Two out of three mornings, there was proper, nice back bacon which I much prefer to the Spanish, streaky equivalent. The rest of the breakfast is good too although freshly squeezed orange juice would be really welcome. The staff are great. The lady who checked me in changed my room as we wanted to be high up. Expedia hadn’t passed this request on. She did it with no issues and sorted out my other request, a double bed, on the second day (she had allowed me to check in early otherwise I could have waited for the double to be done). There is a water fountain in the stairways for you to fill the carafe provided and there is a fridge in the room. Aircon is good. Beds large. Sea view, if you get one, is lovely. Shower powerful and hot. We were served at breakfast by wonderful staff who were kind and helpful. There is one lady, Gala. Who works extremely hard and is kind, cheerful and helpful. She managed to deal with an extremely rude and unreasonable customer, and handled it brilliantly all the time smiling, and remaining genial and accommodating. These things really matter. I couldn’t fault her. The evening entertainment was fun and very good quality. The singers had us all up and dancing and we saw two acrobats who were amazing. I enjoyed it very much. Some marvellous memories! A few very minor gripes: The outside bar wasn’t open which would have been nice. Also the towel service, water slide and indoor pool shut between 1.30 and 3.30. There were two bottles of water in the fridge which I drank and was charged 4.40 for them when I left. I wouldn’t have had them, if I’d realised, especially with a water cooler outside and a garage provided. Lastly, I arrived on 13th October and the reception and bar were decorated for Halloween. I don’t mean to be a killjoy but it’s 3 weeks away and this is a nice, classy 4 star hotel. I didn’t really want to be confronted with a load of messy, pound shop tat everywhere. It didn’t matter. I am still giving it 5 stars because it was a lovely experience and the staff were so brilliant. I’d love to go back soon.Show More

The hotel is in a perfect location away from the main areas of Benidorm but not too far away.. perfect for the beach! On arrival we were met by a fantastic receptionist who we had a conversation with about her time working in the UK ( wales) what a lovely friendly lady she was ( didn’t catch her name) Our room was on the 2nd floor over looking the pool area.. lovely spacious and very clean rooms! We had full board dining and all food was cooked very well, lots of choice too. The omelette chef is lovely who made the best omelettes for me every morning! On a whole the staff in every part of the hotel were very friendly and always had a greeting for you! I did have one moment with a receptionist ( again didn’t catch her name.. shortish.. with long dark hair) I was walking through the hotel with my hood up as it was very windy outside and this receptionist came running after me shouting for me to leave the hotel as I wasn’t a guest… luckily another guest was walking with me and he had to say that I was a guest in the hotel before she left me alone.. without an apology.. this made me feel very uncomfortable!Show More

Arrived for 10 days November 18th with TUI (via Ryanair) enough said!!! People have said it all, but I will just say it was our first time at this Hotel and it will not be our last. People have said it all, but I will just say it was our first time at this Hotel and it will not be our last. Booked in straight away, reception staff very good. Room on first floor facing car park, not ideal as it got know sun all day on balcony, not hotels fought, mine for not booking sea view room!!! Room always spotless, beds comfy. maids work hard but always cheerful. We were full board and all meals were lovely and plenty to choose from, staff always polite. Did not go swimming too cold, but got a few rays in the afternoon by pool before sun disappeared about 3.00. Evening entertainment was good with one or two acts a night, we found them very good, and David the compare was 1st class always getting people up and plenty of banter, an asset to the hotel only hope they can keep him, as future bright for him. Must mention bar staff all friendly and work hard. So thank you and we will back next November all being well.Show More

The hotel in our opinion catered for all nationalities with fantastic services for all , Entertainment if you required it was good , the resturaunt offered a buffet fayre with an excellent choice backed up with 1st class service from every staff member we encountered , our room was cleaned every day by a lovely happy smiling staff member , in the room we had a fridge to cool drinks and keep small items in , what a bonus and on every floor water was provided free of charge. A gym and a wellness area along with outdoor and indoor swimming pools are available whilst the location of the hotel is right on the sea front for plenty of wonderful flat walking ensuring getting your steps is no trouble at all. To top it all the staff at this hotel from day one to our final day provided service with a smile, we always say "People Make the Place" and they most certainly do at the "RH Corona Del Mar", will we return to Benidorm and this hotel , we certainly will , oh and by the way theres a special deal available to Returnees.Show More
