The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our visit. Our room, while slightly dated in décor, was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The inclusion of a Nespresso machine was a thoughtful touch that we greatly appreciated. The hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk from the shops and a wide selection of restaurants. The rooftop area was a highlight, offering a wonderful setting to enjoy cocktails in the evening and a relaxing swim in the late afternoon. The spa facilities were pleasant and well-maintained; however, the spa pool felt somewhat overrun with children, which detracted from the otherwise tranquil environment. The presence of children in the sauna was also a little unexpected. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would not hesitate to return to Hotel Saratoga on our next visit to Palma.Show More
