It was rated as a 3 star, however, having stayed at many 5 and now 6 star resorts, I can comfortably state that this resort is far more than any 3 star resort. Let me start off by saying the staff were phenomenal; from start to finish- booking my trip until the day we left Capri- the staff made my family and I feel just like part of their family. They even helped with getting our luggage from the ferry to the villa. Safety is a concern for me when we travel- WE FELT SAFE. The rooms were impeccably clean and the air conditioning and television worked perfectly. The food they served was delicious. Such a beautiful boutique hotel with a great pool. Thank you Hotel Villa Sarah... you made my children's first trip to Capri amazing. We will see you again!Show More
