We were able to get Netflix on large movable TV and room had multiple cha...Staff were very welcoming from the moment we arrived and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a larger corner room. We were able to get Netflix on large movable TV and room had multiple chairs to sit on. Beds and pillows were a good size bigger than other hotels and very comfortable. Soundproofing was excellent and we could not hear any traffic or other patrons at all. Washing machines and dryers were also very handy and we utilized them. Situated close to shops and restaurants, we were right in the hub of everything. ( although Kyoto train station is a 40 minute walk from hotel). Breakfast was quite good also. Loved the French toast!Show More
