I booked my room with hotels.com about a month before my stay and arrived there and there was no room for me. The hotel was not helpful with customer service and not able to contact hotels.com. The hotel was not helpful with customer service and not able to contact hotels.com. I never got a room that night and am still waiting for hotels.com and/ or the hotel to reimburse me. I was there for a conference and there were 3 other people who did not get rooms as well. We slept 5 people in a room. This is unacceptable for both hotels.com and the hotel. I should have gotten my money back immediately. The second night they gave me a room key for a dirty room with cigarette butts. They also had no food available for room service. The wifi does not work at all. It was overall a horrible experience.Show More
