Breakfast was plentiful wit...Hotel: This was a fantastic Hotel that me and my Wife experienced whilst we spent in 3 days in Palma. The Hotel is modern, bright and very clean. It smelt lovely as well. Breakfast was plentiful with cooked food, meats and pastries fresh each day. Lovely way to start your days! Room: We stayed in Room 211 which was very modern looking and had a balcony that overlooked a lovely courtyard area (think its the garden on the apartment block opposite). The room was just the right size for a couple for 3 days and contained a modern, powerful shower and a bath. Decent wardrobe space as well. It had a TV with lots of channels. There was no kettle in the room for Tea/Coffee but this, along with Beer/Wine etc was available to purchase at the Bar by the Reception area. The room was cleaned each day and fresh towels were provided each day as well. On our last day (check out is 12) we were able to leave our suitcases etc in a secure area until we came back before the flight back. There is also large toilet/changing areas to change into your travelling clothes etc. They will call a taxi to the Airport for you if you want, it arrived within 5 minutes and costs roughly 25 - 30 Euros and takes around 20 to 25 mins. Staff: The staff were all fantastic especially Lucas who gave us a few pointers on where to go, routes etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Tips: Buses: Exit the Hotel, turn left, walk around 50 yards then turn right, head down the hill, crossover and there is a Bus Shelter. You can catch the Number 4 Bus straight into the centre of Palma. It is cash only and is 2 Euros each one way. The best stop to get off at is the opposite C&A by McDonalds which is at the top of the famous Paseo del Borne. Walk down here for lovely atmosphere, keep going and you will be at the Cathedral! You can back to the Hotel area by using the bus stop on the opposite side where you get off. The Bus will drop you back by the Bar Cafeteria Lepar (great snacks, coffee and beer can be found here!). Take a left of the bus, stay on that side, keep walking and you head back to the road you came down to get to the bus stop. Walking: Exit the Hotel, turn left, walk around 50 yards then turn right, head down the hill, crossover go passed the Bus Stop and take an immediate right, follow the road round (behind the big hotel on the left) and you will see the start of the port appear in front of you. You can either cross over or take left, simply keep walking towards the cathedral in the distance and within around 30 to 35 minutes you will be in the centre of Palma! Castle Take a right out of the Hotel, go for around 100 yards, take a right and then you will see what looks like 500 steps! Follow this trial (quite hilly) and you will end up at the castle. Its a breath-taking view of Palma and well worth the 4 Euros each to get in (tickets can be purchased in the car park to the left of the entrance! This Hotel and its location were absolutely fantastic and I would definitely stay there again.Show More

Having on-site parking was a real bonus since parking in the city is difficult. Breakfast was slightly disappointing: the eggs were cold and greasy, and the fruit and vegetable selection very limited—though the pastries were fresh and very nice. The real problem was safety. Our main door did not close properly, and several times people walked into our room—including once at 5am, which was absolutely terrifying and unacceptable. The key system was faulty: our card could open another guest’s door, and others could enter ours even with the lock on. On top of that, the balcony and bathroom window locks were broken, and the room safe had no battery. When we reported the 5am incident, the staff were dismissive, saying there was “no evidence” and making us feel blamed rather than supported. As three young women, we felt unsafe and deeply let down. This hotel has potential with its location and facilities, but the safety failures and lack of empathy from staff made our stay very shaken and disappointing.Show More

Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb der Altstadt, aber die Anbindung ist super – mit dem Bus ist man in nur wenigen Minuten im Zentrum, das Ticket kostet etwa zwei Euro. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr sauber, gepflegt und gut ausgestattet. Besonders positiv war das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal: Wir durften schon eine Stunde vor dem offiziellen Check-in ins Zimmer, konnten kurz vor der Abreise direkt vor dem Hotel parken, und sogar um 4 Uhr morgens wurde uns problemlos ein Taxi organisiert – wirklich top Service! Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen: ruhig, aber dennoch nah an allem. Besonders schön war der Spaziergang vom Hotel zur Festung über der Stadt – durch einen Park, mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht auf Palma, den Hafen und den Sonnenuntergang. Für uns war das ein echtes Highlight und der perfekte Abschluss unseres Urlaubs.Show More

The bedrooms were a static nightmare with the bedding made from cheap polyester/nylon, seriously uncomfortable and impractical in the heat, plus the curtains were also a very synthetic fabric. The safe deposit box does not work as per the instructions left on it, you have to pay for a master key if you want to secure your belongings. Reception area is modern and nice, and the breakfast good if you're don't need gluten free as its mainly bread, cakes and pastries. If you ask you can get a gluten free roll, but it seems to be an incovenience as it has to be defrosted for 10 mins. My room was clean, with a decent strength shower although it flicks between hot and cold. Nice and quiet..Show More
