The front desk staff did not follow through with what was promised. The room I was given was in horrible condition. The hvac pumped a slight grease smell, that seemed from the cooking vents. The bat...The front desk staff did not follow through with what was promised. The room I was given was in horrible condition. The hvac pumped a slight grease smell, that seemed from the cooking vents. The bathroom toilet was slanted and toilet paper holder was broken. The shower itself was so grimey. I was visiting on business and asked to be moved. I was told they could move me at 5pm after my meetings. During that time I asked them not to disturb me as I had business meetings. However they sent an engineer to my room, again disturbing my meeting. Afterward, I packed my and my parents things ready to move, only to be told that my new room was no longer available. I was offered 8,000 points for my “inconvenience” which is hardly a consolation. I simply just want the hotel staff to just follow through w what they promised me. Then I had to waste more time unpacking my things again. The next day, later in the afternoon, they again offered to move me. But at this time, I exhausted from work. Have unpacked twice and packed once before. I was unsure if they would follow through, I declined. The breakfast staff at gulf and prairie are top notch though.Show More

Some things at the hotel were fantastic! The shower had both HOT water and a sufficient stream to rinse my long hair easily. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and well-kept. I was there for a conference and that is where there are some problems. There are only seven elevators which were far too few for a large conference. In addition, there are not enough women's restrooms to meet the demand for a conference unless the conference is men's only. The only breakfast option in the hotel is Einstein Bros. Bagels. A pastry and coffee was offered with the conference but no protein makes it difficult to concentrate all morning. This was especially a problem on the weekend as the majority of restaurants anywhere near the facility were closed on the weekend.Show More
