Thank you to Mitchell and the rest of the valet team for the assist with luggage and parking after I sprained my ankle at the airport after a long day. Thank you to Dominic at Level One for the local brew recommendation. I'm grateful to have seasonal travel requirements for my occupation in many ways but definitely to enjoy the enrichment and time with coworkers. We have high tempo and high intensity bouts of work sprinkled with moments to naps worth of downtime across as irregular a schedule as you can imagine. I was really only in my room afterhours and in between shifts with dead-set intention to get to sleep or get clean as quickly as possible. The beds could have been worse but also much better. There is a vent under the sink which was 80% occluded with dust and cobwebs, possibly mold. The room HVAC was underperforming, according my perception, at the time. The locale and variety of shops so immediately accessible to the atrium was fantastic. I can't emphasize enough how personable and attentive the staff was to me and the relevant operations our company facilitates.Show More

It’s just gross to call in bed and know that if you move the wrong way, the bottom sheet is going to come up when you come in contact with the mattress or the way they wrap their comforters Short sheets thing so much that you come in contact with the comforter or not sure it gets washed with every single guest. my last morning they’re getting ready for meetings. I had no hot water and had to suffer through a cold shower. That was not fun at all. They no longer have a phone in the room for you to call for any service or at least not one that I could find anywhere that wasn’t good either. I had no way to let them know that I was out of hot water without going through their phone number that takes you to someone sitting somewhere other than where you are and going through the conversation with a few different people before you get to the right person at your hotel. it was an expensive place to stay for Indianapolis and I’ve stayed for the same money at nice places in DC in New York. That were much better than this for less money.Show More

The set up for getting in and out of the garage is crazy (the design is terrible and you have to stop and call a phone number, then get a text, then set up payment information online) and once inside the garage there are no signs directing you how to get into the hotel from the large, poorly designed garage. We had entered the garage at the entrance near the hotel lobby and we had heavy bags. We came across a worker and we asked him where the elevator was. He told us that it was really complicated to get to the elevator from where we were and advised us to go up a nearby stairway that he pointed out that was practically hidden. We hauled our bags up the stairway and ended up on a landing that felt like a storage room with various equipment being stored there. It was a crazy set up, particularly for a Hyatt. It was so poorly designed and not user friendly at all. You can avoid self park by paying $75/night for valet. No thank you. We will not be staying there again.Show More

He had already assisted me over the phone with adding my partner to the reservation since he was arriving before me, and in person he was just as professional, making sure I had all the details I needed for our stay. That evening we dined at The Eagle’s Nest, where Mya was our server. She was outstanding and made my partner’s birthday celebration truly special with her thoughtful recommendations and attentive service. The next day, as we checked out, we stayed for lunch and were assisted by Cesar, who was very kind and helpful. His service left a great final impression on our visit.
