W...This was an acceptable place to stay for a few days. It had a few shortcomings, and it was difficult to communicate with the management, but when they got the messages, they tried to fix the issues. When i arrived, the A/C did not seem to be cooloing off the room even though it was on the lowest setting. The light over the bathroom aink was out, so it was pretty dark in the bathroom, and the cleaning person had left a dirty washcloth from the previous occupant. I arrived after 4pm, so reception was closed (key in a lockbox), and the only way to communicate with management was a local telephone number, which i could not call with Whatsapp or my eSim card. I messaged the management through the Expedia app, and they did not reply. I had tour plans for the entire next day, leaving before reception opened and returning after they closed at 4pm. While they did not reply to my messages, when i returned to the room at the end of the day, the A/C seemed to be working better, there were new, clean wash cloths (old had been removed/replaced), and the bathroom light worked. I would have liked a message saying they were co.ing in my room to fix it, or acknowledgement of the problems and that they were going to fix them, but in the end, it all worked out. The only other issue with this property is no wifi in the actual apartments/rooms. There are televisions that could stream services, but no internet to do so, and no internet to do anything on my computer. Otherwise, it was a good room.Show More
