Arrived at the hotel around 12 noon!! Weather was great!! But we had till 4 before are room was ready!! Without writing an essay we were, seen to by a lady on reception, who said the room is not ready ( fine ) we walked around for 2 hours and came back 2pm ish as it was hot and we had been up since 5am still in airport clothes, another group arrived I think who were told the same thing!! But when they approached reception and asked if their room was ready as they were hot and needed to change clothes the ( blond ) lady on reception said oh yes your room is ready, she then looked over at me and my husband who had been sitting there for over 45 minutes and said ohh are you waiting too!! She knew full well we were waiting, she then said ohh your rooms ready as well!! Room lovely, location superb!! Pool small but no issues, went bed and breakfast it was nice did not do the evening meal as we ate out! But on departure at 6am the hotel receptionist said there was a charge on the room for bar drinks when we questioned it it was for a beer and a bottle of water ? When we told him no we did not order beer and water from the bar he said fine!!! On arrival home the charge had been taken from my husbands card!!! We did not order a water from the bar ? We had complimentary water in the room! Overall lovely hotel!! One very rude receptionist and a night desk attendant who charged drinks to a bank card that were not our drinks!Show More

Overall, the hotel has a nice feel, but it seems the renovations haven’t been completed throughout the property. The restaurant and reception areas look refreshed, and the room had what appeared to be new wardrobes and headboards, but the rest of the space felt a bit dated. It was also the first time I’ve seen carpet in a hotel room in Spain, which was unexpected. When we arrived, the room we were assigned had a strong smell of smoke. We requested a move, and reception changed our room without any issue, though they didn’t acknowledge or comment on the smell, which would have been appreciated. On a much more positive note, the service at the bar was excellent. Fatima looked after us, and she was incredibly friendly, smiley, and attentive. She checked in regularly to see if we wanted more drinks and helped answer a couple of questions we had. The next morning at breakfast she was there again, and she even remembered our names—a really lovely personal touch. If all staff members were as warm and engaging as Fatima, the overall experience would be even better. In summary, a pleasant stay with some room for improvement, but standout service from Fatima made a real difference.Show More

What was meant to be a special trip for our wedding anniversary was unfortunately ruined due to excessive noise and a lack of effective action to resolve the issue. During our stay, we were placed between a group of friends who were using their rooms as a party space late into the early hours of the morning. The walls were extremely thin, and the noise level made it impossible to sleep or relax. We had no choice but to call the front desk to complain—not once, but on two consecutive nights. Although staff advised the guests to keep the noise down, the disturbance continued the following night, making it clear that the issue was not adequately addressed. This significantly impacted our experience and left us feeling frustrated, exhausted, and deeply disappointed, especially given that we chose your hotel to celebrate our anniversary.
