Breakfast was generally good, but the coffee machine was really disappointing. Some guests were able to order barista-made coffees, though it wasn’t clear whether these were included in the room rate....Breakfast was generally good, but the coffee machine was really disappointing. Some guests were able to order barista-made coffees, though it wasn’t clear whether these were included in the room rate. The rooftop bar was never open when we went up in the late afternoon — once it was closed for a private party — and it definitely wasn’t set up like the photos shown in the gallery. The spa was a real letdown. The air was thick with chlorine, making the pool unusable, and the steam room didn’t heat properly or stay steamy for long. There were also no cleaning cloths provided. Our room had a faulty window that wouldn’t lock (on the ground floor, opening onto a terrace), and the air conditioning didn’t work on our first night. I asked for a partial refund, as we were paying over £200 a night, but we didn’t receive one. The staff couldn’t move us because the hotel was full. Once the window was repaired, the room was fine — clean, comfortable beds, and a good minibar. However, for the price, I expected far better service and facilities. Unfortunately, they also messed up a friend’s booking, leaving her to pay a huge amount for a last-minute replacement room. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again at this price point.Show More

Dadurch ist es die ideale Ausgangsbasis, wenn man die Insel ohne eigenen PKW erkunden möchte. Das Hotel ist sehr modern aber nicht steril eingerichtet, genauso wie es uns gefällt. Alles war sehr sauber, das Personal war freundlich, die Betten bequem und es war in der Nacht angenehm ruhig. Drei Punkte fanden wir herausragend am Hotel: Das ist zum einen der wunderbare Indoor- und Outdoor-Pool, das unglaublich tolle Frühstücks-Buffet und die Minibar, die im Preis inkludiert ist und täglich neu aufgefüllt wird.Show More
