I mentioned to a staff member during check in, Arti, that it was my partners birthday, a rather special one, and he did the unexpected and sent up a bottle of wine and some cake to say happy birthday from the hotel. It was an amazing experience to be treated so well by the staff in general, but Arti was a true and proper gentleman. Thank you all so much for making our stay so memorable!Show More
