After getting picked up at the Suvarnabhumi airport by the lovely hotel team and the limousine, we made our way to the hotel. As soon as we arrived at the entrance, we were greeted by Ms. Nutty from the Club Lounge team, who was very cheerful and friendly. She took great care of my mum and dad, who were celebrating their 36th wedding anniversary in advance here! We were taken up to the Club Lounge, completed all the check in procedures up there, and were served great quality afternoon tea. The rooms were well appointed, clean, well looked after and spacious with great views! Breakfast at the Club was very delicious with the warm smiles from the team (and again, Ms Nutty made it very pleasant and personalised by remembering the special occasion and reconfirming the details of our transport back to the airport without even needing for me to ask). She was very kind and professional and is a great asset to the hotel and the Club InterCon team - currently working with InterCon Park Lane in London, I can say with certainty that the club team is one of the best I’ve ever met anywhere. To add a cherry to the cake, Mr Choo’s assistance in navigating the busy entrance at Suvarnabhumi airport and assistance with luggage and check in is very much appreciated. He was so polite, helpful and ever ready to help, it was a perfect end to a very memorable trip.Show More

First , I would like to congratulate Miss.Sudjit and her team for their exceptional service. Respectful, polite , professional and friendly. I would say as half Thai , the thai food was a bit bland for the room service however I actually haven’t gone to the restaurant in the rooftop. Definitely will need to try next time I go. I’m not criticizing the chef just letting him know what he can do better. Thank you so much to the bellman, concierge and reception for keeping a safe environment. I experienced an anxiety attack which lead me to faint in the reception which I was immediately escorted to my room and was checked by both the doctor and the female manager. (I’m so sorry that I was in a daze please reintroduce yourselves to me again when im coming back) My favorite part was probably the bathroom and its amenities. I have been to Bangkok 4 times including this trip and this was the first with family. The trip started off rough with one of our hang carries being left at baggage claim, which we only found out when...I have been to Bangkok 4 times including this trip and this was the first with family. The trip started off rough with one of our hang carries being left at baggage claim, which we only found out when we met the hotel car team land side. Firstly, when we headed back to check, Wimonya who was assisting us at the airport was soooo helpful, guided us to lost and found, helped us communicate and THEN left her details and told us that the concierge and her will manage the bag if the airport found it through the hotel. By the time we reached and checked in, the hotel rang our room, told us they found it, we gave our details to Peace at concierge and they managed everything with us receiving it the next afternoon. Not only that, we had an issue with our rain shower, I told the front desk and in 15 minutes they replaced the whole head and it was working fantastic. Staff were fantastic all around, kind, helpful, cheerful and the hotel and standard were all top notch but it’s the people and upkeep that made it stand out. Would highly recommend if you want central location as well as service that is up to 5 star standards.Show More

This hotel is conveniently located in the center of city with immediate access to their city train system (BST). Surround by shopping centers and restaurants you will be spoilt by a ray of choices. During my stay I used the gym and the spa facilities. Everything was at a good standard - clean and spacious. Their swimming pool is located at the top of hotel with a nice view, however a bit small with limited sun beds. Breakfast is located on the second floor with a simple spread. There is a good selection of food and I prefer the thai food particularly. Many thanks to Peace at the concierge for helping me book my taxi from hotel to the international airport. It was much faster than waiting for a grab. Also it only cost 500THB. My tip here is don't rely solely on grab app and use the local advice to help.Show More
