We were greeted with thoughtful gifts upon arrival, which immediately set the tone for a memorable stay. Throughout our time here, we felt genuinely considered and very well taken care of by the staff, the attention to detail and warmth of service was outstanding. One of the highlights of our experience was dining at Akla Restaurant, where every dish was simply marvelous, full of refined flavors and creativity. The bar also offered an excellent atmosphere with absolutely delicious cocktails, making it the perfect spot to unwind after exploring the city. The service overall was consistently on top, no matter the request we had, every interaction showed professionalism, care, and a true willingness to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Our room with a city view was inspiring; waking up to Lisbon’s skyline gave us not only relaxation but also creativity, allowing us to capture and create some amazing content during our stay.This hotel perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and an authentic hospitality experience. The location was perfect, service seamless and food delicious. My concern was staying at this five start hotel with the young boys. The staff at the hotel went out of their way to pamper the boys with high fives, always saying hello using their names and extended patience in all instances. We returned to the hotel after a day of touring stopping by the hotel restaurant for a quick dinner. They recognized the realities of two young boys and deliver cheese burgers, fries and desert in record time. It was a team effort. Highly recommend the hotel if you travel to Lisbon.Show More

The restaurant at breakfast is very busy but the head woman Maitre d' handles getting everyone seated with a smile and even helps wait staff when needed. Front desk and Bellman staff very accommodating and helpful. Although not in old town, easy to get around town from this location and Uber drives are so reasonable in Lisbon too. Enjoyed Afternoon Tea next door at The Ritz one day and another big reason I chose The Intercontinental Lisbon Hotel.Show More
