They have water filter stations on every floor to refill water bottles for free. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and stocked.Show More

Service was prompt and everything dealing with the valet was swift, if you bring a car, I would strongly suggest using the valet - despite the price - because there is very little parking around here! We used Ubers all the time. The room itself was wonderful - I have never stayed directly in a large city center and had so much room. We had one of the Luxury one bedroom suites with a balcony in the corner, such a nice addition to the room. Very clean. We would absolutely stay here again.Show More

The staff at the main entrance are extremely rude since we arrived he was making a problem with taking our car , not welcoming at all . and the reception only had one person working who spent over an ...The staff at the main entrance are extremely rude since we arrived he was making a problem with taking our car , not welcoming at all . and the reception only had one person working who spent over an hour on the phone helping with a booking while guests were waiting. The luggage helper was also very rude, chasing me for a tip and sarcastically shouting “Appreciate it!” — nowadays, who even carries cash for tips? The shower was honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced — absolutely zero water pressure. Overall, a terrible experience. I would never go back to this place.Show More

You can hear everything on the street as well as the hallways - which makes me feel like they used cheaper doors and windows. There was work being done in the hotel at 8AM which sounded like it was right outside my door. I also felt like the ceiling was very low, which made the room feel claustrophobic. However, you can't beat the views and location!Show More
