Service was prompt and everything dealing with the valet was swift, if you bring a car, I would strongly suggest using the valet - despite the price - because there is very little parking around here! We used Ubers all the time. The room itself was wonderful - I have never stayed directly in a large city center and had so much room. We had one of the Luxury one bedroom suites with a balcony in the corner, such a nice addition to the room. Very clean. We would absolutely stay here again.Show More

The luggage helper was also very rude, chasing me for a tip and sarcastically shouting “Appreciate it!” — nowadays, who even carries cash for tips? The shower was honestly the worst I’ve ever experienced — absolutely zero water pressure. Overall, a terrible experience. I would never go back to this place.Show More

You can hear everything on the street as well as the hallways - which makes me feel like they used cheaper doors and windows. There was work being done in the hotel at 8AM which sounded like it was right outside my door. I also felt like the ceiling was very low, which made the room feel claustrophobic. However, you can't beat the views and location!Show More
