The room was really big, we had enough space to leave our luggage open all the time. Room was provided with a table and 2 chaired, fridge, tv, hangers and a huge bed. Bathroom was separated in a big shower and a small toilet, both provided with washbasin. The entire hotel was spotless. Baggage storage available both when checking in and out for free. In the hall they were providing their guests with anything they may need: cream, lotions, showers caps, razors, toothbrushes and so on. The breakfast area was available to all guests during the day to enjoy food that you could bring from outside and the most amazing part was that they were offering all sort of drinks for free: they have water station, cold drinks (fanta, coke...), hot drinks (coffee, tea...) open 24 h for everyone. They even have a snack station open after breakfast and until evening for everyone to enjoy with cookies, candies, crackers. The locations is also fantastic because is in a quiete area but really close to Dotombori (5 mins walk-in), to Namba Station and to metro station so you can easily visits the city using public transport only.Show More

They give you TWO rooms and open the connecting door, which was excellent. You get two sets of bathrooms, toilets, fridges, tvs, etc. And you can close the connecting door for privacy from each other. The rooms were nice, clean, well maintained and quiet. The Hotel Front Desk always had friendly, well organised and very helpful staff. The ground floor also had a spacious area with free coffee, matcha latte, soft drinks and snacks for guests. That was always welcome after a long day walking the town. The Hotel is really well located within walking distance to all the interesting food, shopping and activities in Dotonbori, Namba and Shinsaibashi. I would definitely stay there again or any other of the Karaksa Hotel chain.Show More
