The first hiccup occurred when check-in details were only provided after an unexpected deposit payment request via an unclear link on the day of arrival. To add to the frustration, the check-in time was unexpectedly shifted from the advertised 4pm to 5pm.
The check-in process itself was a baffling experience with a lockbox filled with an array of keys, necessitating several attempts to find the right one. The apartment's thin walls made it easy for noise from other guests to intrude, and an unexplained late-night call from the management only disrupted the peace further.
The apartment's condition was disappointing. It showed signs of neglect with water damage around the windows, stained floors and towels, and a shower design that caused frequent bathroom flooding. A significant drawback was the non-functional bedroom outlets, posing a considerable inconvenience.
Despite these drawbacks, the apartment did have its merits. It was spacious and featured a fully equipped kitchen, which was a plus. However, its location behind an alley frequented by late-night gatherings was less than ideal and detracted from the overall comfort of the stay.
On my departure day, I received multiple emails from the management team, requesting deposit confirmation. This, coupled with their failure to address my query about the late-night call, added to the dissatisfaction.Show More
