He took a genuine, personal interest in ensuring we were well taken care of, which was a pleasant surprise and a level of hospitality I haven't seen in a long time. He immediately assisted us with finding a parking spot and went above and beyond to arrange joining rooms for my family, ensuring our comfort and convenience. He even helped us with our bags and took the time to explain all the amenities in detail, offering thoughtful advice on how to make the best use of our limited time with local points of interest. It is clear that the entire team truly cares about their guests and will do everything possible to accommodate them. Overall, the services were outstanding. The rooms were also clean, well-maintained, and very spacious. We had a wonderful experience, and the dedication of the staff made all the difference.Show More

FREE PARKING. Good size room. Pool looked nice but too cool in late September and we came for the Falls. Very good price point! And the Exchange Rate helped. Appeared to be a safe area. Walked back from Tower late without worry. Pics are from close to the Falls and from the Skylon Tower. I would stay here again. Very, very reasonable for Niagara Falls, Canada.Show More
