We arrived at around 11:00am and asked if we could check in early. The girl behind the desk made an effort to make it happen but was unable to. The girl behind the desk made an effort to make it happen but was unable to. We realize check in is at 3:00p and weren’t expecting anything more but we appreciated the effort. She did allow us to store our luggage on site until we could return 4 hours later. Later when we returned the guy behind the counter was also helpful and nice. The location is excellent especially if you’re on foot, close to Gastown, Robson Square, restaurants and shopping. The room and the bathroom were clean.Show More
