Oreillers confortables, serviettes de douche de bonne qualité... - A la réception : espace "connexion" avec ordinateurs Apple - Température facile à régler - Un bouton "ne pas déranger" dans la chambre permet d'alerter lorsqu'on veut rester tranquille et ne pas être déranger par le service de ménage. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles...Genuinely really impressed with everything about this place. The most notable thing was just how friendly, helpful and sweet all the staff were. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with smiles from the receptionists, bell-boys, housekeeping, waiters and everyone in between. They can't do enough for you - they moved us to a more accessible room when they noticed my mother walked with a cane - we didn't even ask! The place is an old monestry so it's quiet and full of character. The location is second-to-none, just outside the walls of the Roman Forum with a food market and street of cafes just around the corner. Breakfast was superb, with everything you could possibly want and although we didn't dine here the evening menu was tempting and very reasonably priced. Our rooms were clean overlooking the garden courtyard which is a lovely tranquil place for a coffee and a book. If I had to offer any constructive criticism, the hairdryer in the room was inefficient and there were no tea/coffee facilities but that's all i can come up with! I'd highly recommend this lovely gem and would revisit without hesitation. Well done team Kolbe!Show More

Th...I literally cannot fault anything about this wonderful hotel; we were met by a lovely warm welcome when we arrived and every member of staff we encountered during our stay was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and we were lucky enough to have a ground floor room which opened out onto the beautiful gardens. Breakfast catered for all tastes and was regularly replenished, we didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked good and was reasonably priced. All in all we had a fantastic stay and have already decided to return in Spring. Thank you to everyone at the Kolbe Hotel, you made my birthday stay a great one!Show More

Your team failed in doing that. my hotel room climate control was not working properly, rather than move me to another ...I believe it should always be a hotels goal to have nothing but happy customers. Your team failed in doing that. my hotel room climate control was not working properly, rather than move me to another room, they put me in a room for one night, to see if they could correct the issue, the next day it was not resolved, so they then moved me (they said they couldn't give me to room I spent the one night in, since it was reserved for someone else the next day) obviously, someone else was more important than my family. You location is decent, the facility looks nice, but you really need to work on your equipment maintenance. I would not recommend your hotel to anybody.Show More
