The room was clean, comfortable, and not too small, which made the stay very pleasant. Even though the hotel isn’t located in a busy area, I actually enjoyed the quiet nights. One of my favorite parts was the onsen. It wasn’t crowded, so it was incredibly relaxing, especially after walking more than 20,000 steps in a day. The hotel also provides pajamas and all basic amenities, which is always a nice convenience. The location is practical too. It’s just a 3 min. walk from Jujo Station, the hotel also offers a free hourly shuttle to and from Kyoto Station. This made moving around, especially with my luggage, so much easier. The staff were friendly, and both check-in and check-out were smooth, handled through a machine. Just note that there’s a tourist tax of 200 yen per person per night, payable at check-in. Overall, a quiet, clean, and very convenient stay.Show More

Show More

Its located right next to the metro only 2 stops from Kyoto station, its only a 10 minute walk to another rail line that covers basically all of Eastern Kyoto. You can walk to Fushimi Inari in around 20 minutes. There are both convience stores and restaurants close by. The facilities are great, especially the public bath. The us also a small giftshop for guests that can also help you with luggage forwarding for a very reasonable price. The rooms are big for Japan and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and helpful, also speaks good English.Show More

Show More
