Nice property. We have been here for four days. We had initially booked another four night stay to follow this five night stay. Centrally located property to nearby restaurants, entertainment and stor...Nice property. We have been here for four days. We had initially booked another four night stay to follow this five night stay. Centrally located property to nearby restaurants, entertainment and stores. Facility is clean and it is great to have kitchen in signature suite. It appears they have made a boutique hotel out of three floors of a high rise condo in downtown Vancouver. We have wanted to stay here before and my wife chose it for her birthday. Only problem is with housekeeping. My wife caught a cold and did not want to leave room for a few days. Housekeeping has a rule that they will not enter the three room space (signature suite) unless all guest leave, but they will pick up trash bag at and leave towels at door if requested. The front desk said they would make a one time housekeeping exception if wife was still not well on day three. Front desk changed mind and refused on day three and we asked for manager. No manager on property. So still coughing wife with bed sheets that need changing, wife agreed to leave room for restaurant lobby on floor 5 so housekeeping could clean. After an hour she was able to go back to her room. Room was clean but sheets with large holes and tears in them were placed on bed so we called for housekeeping again next morning. Housekeeping was called on day 4 to change torn/shredded sheets the next day. No way housekeeper did not see this when sheet was put on bed on day 3. Housekeeping refused until her housekeeping supervisor came but eventually changed sheets. We had asked to see manager on day 3 and on day 4 still no manager, no on premises. We check out tomorrow and have cancelled a continuation of stay that we had booked for another four days after day one. Front desk never apologized for inconvenience but referred to Covid protocal for housekeeping rules. This is October, 2025. And none of the many hand sanitizers in building appeared to have sanitizer in them.....they were empty. They advertise daily room clean service but this was not housekeeping experience we would expect when we paid about $700 ca per night. Maybe with a manager on property in future small issues might be better handled. Other service people we met on property were very good and it is a nice property. Housekeeping service did a good job when they did clean except for sheet on bed. Would have rated our stay much higher if not for housekeeping issue.Show More

Staff was friendly and helpful. Decided on a 1-bed suite, the room was nice. However, my own personal feedback is it wasn't very 'warm'. Lacked any coziness (1 or 2 wall art, rest of walls was blank). End of bed was maybe 2feet from the dresser. Hard to navigate around. I recommend breakfast at the restaurant on the 5th floor. Staff, food and ambiance was lovely.Show More

My daughter and I both agree that this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We rented a suite, which was more like an apartment. Subzero refrigerator and Bosch appliances. Subzero refrigerator and Bosch appliances. Plenty of space and both a tub and shower. We had a corner room and the views were wonderful. The staff was fabulous and made reservations for us to eat at Café Medina, which is right next-door. I would recommend this hotel above and beyond others I have stayed at.Show More
