I stayed in a Lembong room. Initially, I was given a room on the 2nd floor with no view, which was disappointing. After filing a complaint, the hotel responded well and moved me to a room on the 5th f...I stayed in a Lembong room. Initially, I was given a room on the 2nd floor with no view, which was disappointing. After filing a complaint, the hotel responded well and moved me to a room on the 5th floor with a better view, although it wasn’t as quiet as the first one. One downside of the Lembong room was the breakfast arrangement. Instead of dining at the main restaurant, I had breakfast at El Paseban, which did not meet my expectations considering the price. Also, note that the hotel is located near the railway, so some rooms may experience noise. I recommend choosing a room with a pool view for a more pleasant stay.Show More

The room was nice, clean, and tidy. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which changes daily and truly gives a five-star experience. Unlike most hotels we've stayed at, where breakfast remains the same each day, here it was a delightful surprise. The service was exceptional; all the staff were friendly and very helpful. The management team was also very approachable. One staff member, in particular, was especially kind and made our stay even more enjoyable.
