Booked 2 interconnecting rooms for an impromptu family holiday. Was one of the cheaper options and I figured we will just be using the room to sleep in. Location isn't that central. It was quite a wa...Booked 2 interconnecting rooms for an impromptu family holiday. Was one of the cheaper options and I figured we will just be using the room to sleep in. Location isn't that central. It was quite a walk even to Anusarn night market. It's a good thing Grab is efficient in Chiang Mai. Rooms were old, air-conditioning was difficult to regulate and street noise was very noticeable. Bottled water replenished everyday, but no coffee. Water heater pot malfunctioning in one of the rooms. TV was the old CRT TVs (seriously, who has these relics around???) with no international channels. Bathrooms were old with leaky pipes and unreliable pressure in the showers (which were over bath - the bathtubs were quite grimy). Staff were friendly enough and that probably was the redeeming grace of the property. The hotel served my purpose, but I would think twice about booking again.Show More

We booked this hotel and specifically booked for a room with one bed. When we checked in, we were given a room with 2 single beds. We went back downstairs to the front desk to ask for the correct room that we had booked, but the staff was very rude and refused to change our room, and told us to go to sleep and ask again in the morning. So we did that, and again in the morning they refused to give us the correct room that we had booked and paid for. I had to waste 2 hours of vacation time to contact hotels.com to cancel this booking. Fortunately, the customer service agent was very nice and put us in a new hotel with a king bed for the rest of the days we spent in Chiang Mai.Show More
