Well furnished rooms are of adequate size, but bathrooms are tiny for the price point. Club Lounge food offerings(and maintenance thereof) have noticeably declined. Booked this multi-night stay on official Marriott website which always includes taxes and fees. Upon checkout hotel added another full set of taxes and fees on all nights and,for 30 minutes, refused my polite request to remove them. Front desk attitude was aggressive and dismissive, suggesting that I "couldn't prove" booked rate and maintaining that I didn't understand conversion rates for CAN to USD currency! Eventually hotel made a "one-time exception". To add insult to injury, hotel failed to credit Marriott points and nights for the stay. Unacceptable.Show More

I said we can get the game through our Amazon app, however it will cost us 29.99 and I asked to be comped for this expense as in my opinion, at this semi high end hotel, we should’ve been able to watch the jays game… they refused to comp us the 29.99 charge, and instead suggested we come downstairs and watch the game in the bar.. which was not even a close option for us … we paid the 29.99 and watched the game in our room.. other then that is was a great weekend and a nice hotel.Show More

Very disappointed in having to pay a 'luggage storage fee' per price of luggage to leave my luggage at the hotel for a few hours awaiting my flight. Luggage staff on drop off were also not very pleasant. I have stayed at hotels all over the world, both large and small, and have never had this come up, particularly for such a short storage windows. I would be highly unlikely ro stay here again unless attending a conference or other event at the hotel because of this silly policy.Show More
