Unit was spacious . Problem was poor communication for secondary parking , told we would have a travel crib placed in the unit ( we had to drive 10 minutes to pick up ) , we had no wifi for the whole ...Unit was spacious . Problem was poor communication for secondary parking , told we would have a travel crib placed in the unit ( we had to drive 10 minutes to pick up ) , we had no wifi for the whole stay , no access to tv in all bedrooms, basic cable only available on one tv in the living room , we called but had trouble with communication and technician that eventually came could not fix the wifi and a manager called eventually and really got nothing other than an apology and potential compensation which we have had no follow up on , beds were noisy and uncomfortable, deck was dirty and small, pool water was dirty and looked unhealthy. The Bed room TV was not working. Things were not properly cleaned. Towels kept were not good for two days.
