I booked the property based on their feedback to a question on the booking.com website that they have bicycle parking. I arrived at the property where they said they don’t accept bikes and that I should park it on the street in central Paris. Of course I can’t do this because of security concerns. On top of this they refused to refund me for the booking thus stealing my money from me. They then continued to fraudulently mark me as a no show on the booking website to cover themselves, which is absolute rubbish. Booking.com requested them to refund the booking themselves, which they are refusing to do. They are thieves and fraudsters.Show More
