We...This is an exceptional hotel. It is aesthetically beautiful, impeccably clean, and the staff, especially Moses, are friendly and hospitable. It was our son's birthday and Moses left a gift for him! We were also welcomed with a coffee on arrival. It is centrally located with the M1 Saint Paul metro line directly in front and within a 24 minute walk to the Louvre, and Notre Dame is even closer. The Orly airport is about a 40 minute Metro ride on lines M1 and M14. The Eiffel tower is a 30 minute trip away on Metro then bus. There are two cafes flanking the entrance to the hotel, and a plethora of restaurants, cafes and fashion stores around. The rooms are equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules, mini fridge, iron and ironing board, safe, wardrobe and hangers, robes, slippers, hair dryer, hair and shower gel, water, tissues, aircon. We stayed in the blue room on the 5th floor with a view of the Parisian street and a delicious claw foot bath which we enjoyed each night after walking around Paris. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the room was sound proofed. The narrow stairs from the elevator on the 4th floor to the 5th floor room were not an issue for us at all, but definitely not an option for people with limited mobility. We were grateful to be able to leave our luggage on our final day so we could continue exploring and return just before our flight to rest in the lounge area, go to the bathroom, charge our phones and collect our luggage before heading to Orly airport on the Metro directly out front.Show More

Staff at front desk Lorys, Moses and Abel are exceptional in every way with customer service . This morning Abel walked me and moved my suitcase to the taxi station stand across the street . I stayed in 2 different rooms as I left for one day to visit a friend about 2 hours away . I missed my train by 1 minute , took subway back to hotel and although they didn’t have a room for me that night , Moses assisted me in finding a nearby hotel. I returned to hotel for my last night reservation and when I walked in I felt like I was home . Funky hotel, small and not fancy . Super comfortable bed and pillows and rooms decorated nicely . Blackout curtains in room , it’s super quiet in room such that you can’t hear noise from the 2 cafes on ground floor . Glad I had wake-up calls each morning or I’d sleep in by a few hours . As a solo traveler I’m so happy I listened to my friends 20 year old daughters recommendation on what neighborhood in Paris to stay in. I loved my rooms # 12 and #33 ! Stay at this hotel !Show More
