That anxiety quickly melted away thanks to the outstanding service from the entire team. While every staff member we encountered was exceptional – from the front desk team during check-in and checkout, to the attentive breakfast staff, to the bartenders serving drinks with a smile – I want to give special recognition to Bell Captain Kelly and Chai at the front entrance. Kelly and Chai went above and beyond throughout our stay. They expertly handled all our luggage needs, efficiently loading and unloading our cars and taxis with genuine warmth. Beyond their primary duties, they provided invaluable help with maps and directions to places we’d discovered on Instagram, offering the kind of local insight that transformed our trip. The hotel itself lives up to its fame from “The Hangover” – the rooftop bar offers truly spectacular views, and the central location couldn’t be better. But what sets Lebua apart is the consistent professionalism and kindness from every single staff member, from the moment we checked in until we departed. This level of service exemplifies everything that makes Thai hospitality special. We loved everything about this hotel. Definitely book the Club Level with Lounge access. We enjoyed the breakfast in the lounge more than the international buffet breakfast downstairs. The lounge on the other hand is a class act, quiet, nice view, with excellent cappuccinos, afternoon snacks (wine included) & evening treats. Our room was fabulous. We booked the 52nd floor (51+and up). Lucky us, we were upgraded to a suite (with five balconies 😂). We booked river view club level. The hotel pool is beautiful and the gym looked great. Check out the rooftop bar in the evening....great for a cocktail. Hotel location is about a 10 minute walk to the closest MRT station. The staff are wonderful, professional and helpful. I would stay here again. Thanks to the management team for running such a great hotel.Show More

I would describe what I was looking for, and they nailed every recommendation, while exceeding expectations. It was as if you received a recommendation from a best friend. Their breakfast buffet is not to be missed. You will start your day greeted and seated by, hostess Tha. Her amazing smile and warm greeting started every day off with positive vibes. Lastly, a must visit on there 64th floor “Sky Bar”. Vibes curator, “DJ Lucy Blue” Creates the perfect energy, while overlooking the city’s best view.Show More
