I did not get the email with the code at the time of my check-in. There is nobody at the property. There was nobody answering the phone. I found an email, contacted them and finally got the codes. I found an email, contacted them and finally got the codes. They told me that they sent the email but it was held up by Expedia. There were a few things that neede attention in the room (electric socket, towel hanger, shower door) and the wall AC was not working, so there was a mobile AC that was working but taking a lot of floor space. The location is nice with many restaurants in walking distance and there is free parking in the the streets around though the signs can be confusing, but the hotel has a brochure with nice explanations.Show More

The A/C was not functional. I attempted to set the temperature lower, and gave the unit a good amount of time to let the temperature come down. The baseboard heaters were on in the common areas, and...The A/C was not functional.
