Pretty sure their walls are made of cardboard. This is the second stay at this hotel chain in the past 11 months and both times I could hear absolutely everything from the neighbors. This is the second stay at this hotel chain in the past 11 months and both times I could hear absolutely everything from the neighbors. I’m talking every cough, every conversation, every extra curricular activity, and the list goes on. I had to turn on my white noise on my phone at full blast and I could still hear the person above me snoring in the person below me coughing. And why do the elevators have to ding on each floor? That’s extremely loud and annoying. The picture also showed a bathtub and I’m chronically ill stopping from a road trip. Looking forward to a nice hot bath and my room only had a shower. False advertising is a big deal when your chronically ill and looking for things you need. This was the deciding factor between the two hotels I was looking at. Needless to say, I will never book this hotel chain again.Show More

We have stayed at the Listel many times and have always been impressed by their professionalism, friendliness and responsiveness. The location couldn’t be better, only a 10 minute walk to English Bay ...We have stayed at the Listel many times and have always been impressed by their professionalism, friendliness and responsiveness. The location couldn’t be better, only a 10 minute walk to English Bay and Stanley Park, and only a 20 minute walk to Gastown and the city center. They also have a contract with a taxi service and will call them and have them respond within minutes, which was great for us given that it rained for most of 2 days when we were there. Really nice little hotel in a good part of Vancouver. We were there for the Eras tour and loved that we could walk to the stadium and that the hotel was in to the Taylor theme of the weekend.
