Housekeeping visited every day. 2.Beds ...Overall a good experience at London Marriott Regents Park. Located near Finchley Road and Swiss Cottage Tube. Pros 1. Rooms were well-appointed and spacious. Housekeeping visited every day. 2.Beds were comfortable. 3. My room, 206, looked out over King Henry's Road, which was quiet for most of the evening. 4. The morning breakfast buffet in Carluccio's was excellent. We had dinner there one night - equally as excellent. 5. The staff was friendly and professional. Cons 1. You needed a PhD to figure out how to turn the lights in the room on and off. The one place where you needed a light - the desk - there was no light. 2. My TV wads not functional and it took a reminder at the front desk to get it fixed. The front desk clerk comped my parking, which I appreciated. 3. Be sure to check your folio on checkout. I was charged twice for breakfast one day. 4. The breakfast buffet was oddly priced. I was told it was 80 pounds for 3 days (I eventually cancelled it). However, the daily cost was 18 pounds. 5. If you are there on business, be sure you have proof of corporate credit card authorization. One front desk clerk told us there was no credit card on the account; the next one told us there was; the next one told us there wasn't.Show More
