The Property's most stunning aspect is the pool, Beach view and the direct access to the beach. However, the property highly functions on some level of rigidity and Standard operating procedures. For ...The Property's most stunning aspect is the pool, Beach view and the direct access to the beach. However, the property highly functions on some level of rigidity and Standard operating procedures. For example, this was my 3rd visit to the property, and I have repeatedly requested to allocate a room on the highly floor preferably with a partial ocean view, However, i was repeatedly told they will do their best but it will be subject to availability After reaching at 10 PM, the room I received was a jungle view ( being called a garden view ), perhaps the worst view of the property. after a tired travel of more than 24 hours, I had to return to the reception and enquire with the Manager available on duty if a better room could be accommodated considering my loyalty to the Resort and booking it for my every trip in Bali. Krishna, the manager available was immediate to find a resolution and was able to arrange a suite on a higher floor with a beautiful view. He was truly the savior and ensured my loyalty to the Resort paid off. But, this could have been done earlier as well when I had made the requests since 3 days before arriving. Towels at the pool were never available and the only response that would be given was, it has still not arrived from the Laundry. Did not look like a professional offering and made it seem like subject to availability. The resort staff ensured there were strong checks in place, for instance, even if I carried the room towels to the pool due to lack of availability, I would receive a message in the afternoon enquiring that they noticed towels missing from the room. This seemed a bit intriguing, but if such strong checks are put in place for items missing in the room, the resort needs to ensure facilities are timely available as well.Show More

Most staff were super friendly especially the reception manager (who's name escapes me- starts with F and has lived in Australia). The rooms are really large so multiple guests fit comfortably. Breakfast buffet is great, cappuccino is perfect. Service is quick. Netflix in rooms (mostly working). This hotel has the potential to be seriously AMAZING!! but unfortunately it falls short..see below..Show More
