Brilliant location. Lovely room - two bedrooms joined by a shared kitchenette. We didn't use the kitchen facilities, but they provided hotplates, potts and pans, knives, forks etc etc. A lovely fridge...Brilliant location. We didn't use the kitchen facilities, but they provided hotplates, potts and pans, knives, forks etc etc. A lovely fridge which was great for keeping drinks cool. Each floor has a different theme. Communal areas were welcoming - lots of space to work, hang out or do the craft activities that were available. Located inside the mall, you need to go into the mall and look for the designated lift (by McDonalds). Brilliant location to walk to Little India, China Town, the harbour and it's activities (definately go to the ArtScience museum if you have kids and teenagers - our 18year old and parents loved it). The mall has food courts, shops, karaoke bar (private booths and we had so much fun we stayed for 2 hours instead of the one we had booked for 😀). Top tip: Join the hotel's loyalty club for free and get breakfast included.Show More

It’s super convenient if you haven’t got much time to find almost infinite varieties of food. Whilst I didn’t have breakfast there, it smelled and looked great. It feels very secure. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful in all sorts of matters. I had a bad cough and they advised me where to find a chemist and asked me how I was on the next day. They helped with my phone to find the right train to the airport and responded to any question I had with patience and courtesy. The room was cosy and immaculate.Show More
