Room was cleaned immaculately twi...The service is impeccable and a throwback to the golden age of Hollywood when film stars like Audrey Hepburn or Cary Grant lived in hotels like the Warwick New York. Room was cleaned immaculately twice daily. I tried to politely refuse turndown service one night but their staff wasn’t having it. Really about the details and attitude of dealing with guests. You just don’t see this level of service in hospitality anymore. The rooms are nicer and larger than the photos show and one of the most comfortable beds in the EU. Bathrooms are marble and done beautifully with great water pressure that historic buildings can sometimes have issues. Feels great after a long day of site seeing and miles of walking. Well deserving of a Michelin key and a class above in service compared to other Michelin hotels I’ve stayed in this past year, albeit relatively new rating guide. The welcome pastries also Michelin worthy. Location is great to walk to a lot of sites and well reviewed restaurants. There is a lot of pedestrian traffic at all hours but no noise in my room. The hotel can easily get a taxi to the train station or the airport. There is also a convenient taxi stand 2 blocks away. A bit difficult for front door drop off and pick up during some hours.Show More

Staff were excellent especially Ivan and Stephania who were both very helpful in arranging taxis, transfers and even helping us find a way to send home a few boxes of excess clothing. Nothing was too hard and always with a smile and warm greeting. The most comfortable beds we’ve found in any hotel! The quality of the bedlinen, the weight of the quilt, the pillows, the comfort of the mattress were all 10/10!! Despite the busy street, excellent soundproofing meant the rooms were very quiet! Beautiful artwork and quirky decor throughout the hotel. Breakfast was cooked to order and fantastic!!Show More

The room was a good size, although the king-size bed felt slightly smaller than a standard European king. We also appreciated being allowed to check in early. When we asked for recommendations for flea markets, we were told they mainly take place on Sundays. Unfortunately, we were leaving that day, so we missed it. It would have been nice if the staff had suggested some alternative options or similar places to visit.Show More
