First and foremost, the location is unbeatable, placing us right in the heart of the city, perfect for exploring. The overall experience was excellent, starting with the room itself. The quality of the mattress and pillows was exceptional, guaranteeing a deeply restful night's sleep after long days of sightseeing. The breakfast selection was also fantastic, offering a high-quality start to every morning. However, what truly elevated this stay was the service. The entire staff was attentive and professional, but I want to give a special mention to Ana Bistagne. She provided exceptional service that consistently went above and beyond, notably when she helped me arrange a last-minute surprise birthday cake for my husband. This was delivered close to midnight without a hitch, and her willingness to make that moment special truly showcases the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. For comfort, location, and impeccable service—especially for special occasions—the Majestic is an easy five-star choice. We can't wait to return!Show More

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years. Booked the hotel on their website and even with a 15% discount, it was still over E750 per night. Booked the hotel on their website and even with a 15% discount, it was still over E750 per night. This was my first visit since the pandemic and the hotel restaurant as well as the rooms have started to feel a bit dated. Booked the hotel for a friend and myself and they had both our passports on file as registered guests. However, on the last day I left my hotel at 4;30 am, so my friend went to breakfast alone. But since the room was booked under my amex card, the hotel decided to charge me an additional E80 for the breakfast for two, although it was included in the package. I contacted the hotel and pretty much got no response. Reached out to Amex and the hotel informed them that I had let someone else have breakfast there instead of me, even though it was a registered guest. Finally, I sent Amex all the communications with the hotel and Amex credited me the amount. I will never stay at this hotel again!Show More

The first day my husband wasn’t feeling too well with a bout of nausea. He wanted to rest in the room so I ventured to the rooftop restaurants and bar to get a small bite for myself. When I told Maria, the manager and Arnau, the server about my husband they offered to have something special made for him, a chicken rice soup that wasn’t on any menu and some ginger ale. Arnau escorted me back to our room with food in hand. Soup was delicious! We went to the lobby bar the following evening. There was a piano player. Excellent music. Once again the servers were attentive and friendly. We had a junior suite and it was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Heaviest bath towels we’ve ever used in a hotel! Hotel was decorated for Christmas and was stunning. In short, EVERYTHING about this hotel was 5 stars, from the front desk, all the staff, room, cleanliness and atmosphere. A true classic!Show More
