This was my husband's and my first visit to Singapore, and the entire trip was made infinitely perfect and unforgettable by our stay at your esteemed hotel. From the moment we stepped through the doors, the warmth, friendliness, and professionalism of every single staff member made us feel genuinely cared for and welcomed.
The hotel's post-renovation decor is exceptionally tasteful, and the bed provided an outstanding night's sleep. Your prime location advantage meant we could enjoy the stunning Marina Bay night view right from our room. The amenities were also impressively new and thoughtfully designed, such as the automatic sensor nightlight that ensured safety when getting up in the middle of the night. Furthermore, the transportation is incredibly convenient; a sheltered walkway through the adjacent mall leads directly to the nearest MRT station, making travel to any attraction a breeze.
A special thank you goes to the partners at the Haus65 Executive Lounge, especially Justin from Taiwan, whose familiar language and enthusiastic assistance helped us resolve various travel issues and provided immense help. The sweet and gentle service from Sera and Debbie brought a genuine sense of home comfort. We were deeply touched by the thoughtful surprise on our last night—a gift and card from the Haus65 team, containing our favorite Kaya Jam! This exquisite gesture truly warmed our hearts, and we will definitely enjoy this delicious memory back in Taiwan.
In terms of dining, we enjoyed the delicious and diverse culinary offerings at Haus65 and Embu restaurant, which were full of delightful surprises. A big thank you to Emily, Yin Yin, and Grace, whom we met during breakfast on our last day. Their proactive and caring attention, along with the specially prepared fruit platter, provided the sweetest, most perfect ending to our journey.
We also spent an unforgettable evening at MO Bar, savoring the tender Satay and fresh Oysters. The most amazing dishes, however, were the Lobster Laksa and our unanimous champion cocktail. A special thank you to Sandy for recommending the superb "RECAP" and "Reclaimed Sling 2.0" cocktails. The professionalism, passion, and smiles of every server filled our night with ease and joy.
The complimentary short-distance shuttle service, a part of the executive privileges, was an unparalleled act of thoughtfulness. We especially appreciate Francis, the driver who took us to Gardens by the Bay. His passionate narration of Singapore’s history and popular attractions turned that short drive into one of our most memorable cultural experiences.
Finally, thank you also to the hardworking Housekeeping team who kept our spacious room immaculately clean every day, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy the beautiful views from the comfort of our window.
