Stains on carpet, heating/ac out of order, smoke alarm hanging from wall, no pictures on the walls, unquestionable stains in the drawers, paint and wall paper pealing off the walls, rust through out metal work bathroom along with dust build up, no shower curtain in bathroom shower, workman started drilling on hotel roof next door. (Outside our window) Waited in line with other disgruntled visitors who were miss sold beautiful modern hotel rooms by that of online. Having been waiting over an hour all ready a child that was now getting very tired, myself disabled struggling with pain building up and made to wait further for the manger to come out the back office. (We could see him). One chair in reception for customers-even this I very nearly fell through as broken. Now don’t get me wrong very polite on talking to us and apologetic but completely miss sold a beautiful modern clean room. We got one that wasn’t fit for purpose. The manager agreed to refund us the room, signed paper work and handed us the printout to state refund being issued. Along with his name and signature. Been home since 31st having stayed in a fabulous Hilton round the corner. We are still waiting for our refund! Fabulous 40th very nearly spoilt on arrival. Yes we moved! If you book here please be advised the hotel is under full renovations which we were also never informed about on booking and it’s likely you will still be in an old room, dated floor and failed to be informed until you see it for yourselves. We wouldn’t have booked if we’d been informed. The scaffolding wrapping the front of the building should have been the first give away but we were excited to be there. You can’t fault location, hence review isn’t given 1 rating. If your of nervous disposition in lifts-avoid. something of that out of final section leaps to mid with the bangs and clangs on using. Clearly needs an over hall to. Fingers crossed a refund is issued soon otherwise we will take further. A vacation can’t be sold unless all information given ie renovations taking place. Using new updated room photos/I’d go as far as saying ai instead of a true representation of what you are getting. It’s been unfortunate and lesson learned.Show More

Y lo pero para mí , tanto el agua caliente como la calefaccion no funcionaba hasta a partir de las 20 horas . Creo que tienen unos cortes de uso en ciertas horas . Y el desayuno, recomendación NO LO SELECCIONÉIS,no vale para nada la pena lo que pagas por lo que te dan en la recepción. No tiene restaurante, te dan para llevar en la recepción, un café y un dulce nada más . Si sales , tienes al lado muchos restsurantes de todo los precios .Show More
