The staff: they do what they have to do...The property is fairly new, and the facilities are very nice. They generally have lots of options for families to take advantage of. My issue has to do with: 1. The staff: they do what they have to do, but they look like they don't want to be there. My check-in took over 20 minutes just because a printer was not working (can't you find another one?). When I asked about my VIP status, I was told the regular room I had reserved was booked. No option for upgrade was provided, or I was told that there are no upgradable rooms (be thoughtful about what you tell me in these cases). 2. The room: If this is a new facility, put some care into cleaning it. The rubber/plastic item at the bottom of the shower was showing signs of mold. 3. Food availability: I got to the hotel at around 9 PM. I ordered food from one of the restaurants that would make a delivery (no other option was provided). It took almost an hour to get the food, and believe me, it was not worth it. The calamari was like rubber, the mac and cheese was cold, and at least they did not mess up the Caesar salad (like they could mess this up). They even give the kids complimentary virgin margaritas. After check in a guy from the vacation rentals desk came up to us and offered us the margaritas and explained details on how the water park worked and how the hotel offers a shuttle etc. our stay included continental breakfast but the information the guy gave us at check in was wrong. The works at “provisions” have no idea how it works with how much allowance you have. They bill it to your room and then they deduct when you check out. The coffee machine in the room didn’t work so they bought us a new one. Nonetheless, an employee by the name of Jacob was very apologetic and removed the parking fee for the overall unpleasant experience. Oh, and he reactivated our card on check out day for us to be able to have breakfast. We enjoyed the H2O water park experience. The hotel has lots of events going on throughout the day to entertain families. No room service available and there is a restaurant inside the hotel but it is not family friendly.Show More

The hotel as such has a very nice lobby, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, but in my opinion the mattresses are too hard, the first day of sleeping in it was terrible the turns I gave, the cleanin...The hotel as such has a very nice lobby, the rooms are spacious and beautiful, but in my opinion the mattresses are too hard, the first day of sleeping in it was terrible the turns I gave, the cleaning of the rooms did not seem very good because the dust could be seen wherever I wanted, the second day of being there I used the coffee maker and they came in to make the room and did not clean that area, the Check-in was good I arrived early and at 12 they were already calling me to give me the room, the continental breakfast I do not recommend to anyone that I bought the hotel 🏨 with that included because they do not have any variety nor in the cafes 🍵 other hotels have a very good breakfast buffet, I don't know what VIP Expedia refers to, I'm not understanding the diffShow More

Based on the photos we expected a variety of on site restaurants, this hotel only had 1 restaurant Euphoria. The hotel felt refurbished meaning it was an old hotel remodeled to look refreshed. Staff was kind, parking was easy, the Margaritaville H2O water park which is the reason we booked was a terrible water park. The photos online shows it was a brand new water park. It’s a very old outdated water park. The rooms were decorated nice but we had ants in our bathroom. Ants on the sink and walls of the bathroom. Not sure why. Overall we gave it a poor rating based on our experience. Show More
