Myself and 2 other co-workers stayed here the last week in July. First night there my co-workers truck was broken into and things stolen. There several other trucks around the parking lot that had als...Myself and 2 other co-workers stayed here the last week in July. First night there my co-workers truck was broken into and things stolen. There several other trucks around the parking lot that had also been broken into as well. When I went to the front desk to tell the worker her response was "Oh really, I hate that" with that I asked "Is this normal here?" and her response was "unfortunately yes, it happens often especially those in trucks". She did nothing other than take down the plate numbers of the other vehicles that it had happened to. We did call the police and an hour later when they showed they told us they could do nothing for us. This is why it keeps happening and is "normal" for the area. So beware if staying here especially if you are in a truck because there is a good chance it will get broken into. Even if parked directly in front of the door and under a light post. Oh and the "guard" they have on duty to patrol we saw several times sleeping in the far back corner of the lot. So he is kind of pointless and not doing his job.Show More

The hotel rooms and other services are ok - but shuttle is always an issue from airport - today I asked housekeeping staff - two of them on my floor who didn’t have any shower gel and said will get me...The hotel rooms and other services are ok - but shuttle is always an issue from airport - today I asked housekeeping staff - two of them on my floor who didn’t have any shower gel and said will get me some - literally had to walk out of shower without taking a shower - waited two hours and still no sign - took over 6-7 calls to get someone to pick up the phone and still waiting on taking a shower - why do hotels have these new shower bottles always empty - this is like 4-5 times it’s happened in this hotel and the response to a basic need is still so non chalant … wouldn’t recommend this hotelShow More

I left for the airport early, just so I could get some breakfast and coffee! When I lost my sweater, I was told to check online "Find My Stuff" instead of checking at the front desk, even though I lost it at the hotel within the hour.
