The extractor fan in kitchen does not work which made cooking aromas linger. Bed needs extra warmth layers as winter and cold at night. Heat pumps good. But had to ask for extra blanket. It was clean and tidy. Very comfortable. I'm happy they provided soap for the dishwasher and washing machine.
