It was recommended to us for our stay to meet our future in-laws, all of the staff were very professional, lovely and welcoming. The rooms are luxurious and comfortable, all areas of the hotel are very clean, modern and classy and there is a very good vibe about the place. Lots to choose from for breakfast and can definitely recommend the cocktails! Daniel was lovely and has created the best cocktails for their new menu! We would like to say a special thank you to Asya who helped me with translation and a delivery of flowers, and also Lisa and Alexander from the Solana bar, we struck up a great friendship with all of them. Thank you also to Andrea for great communication throughout and for making our stay even more comfortable, we will definitely be returning.Show More

The hotel itself is beautiful, stylish, and very comfortable, with spacious rooms that made our visit really enjoyable. The staff truly made the experience special – everyone was exceptionally friendly and attentive. A special mention to Jose (waiter) and Anderson, Santiago (bartenders at the pool bar), who went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Breakfast was another highlight: a huge selection with table service for hot dishes, an extensive menu, and everything prepared perfectly. The team there were wonderful, especially Anadi and Mamen, who made mornings such a pleasure. Overall, a fantastic hotel with a warm, professional team – we would definitely stay here again. Although breakfast was part buffet and part chosen from a menu it had everything we liked and they accommodated requests, again friendly staff in the restaurant. Pool area sunbeds always available with clean towels brought to you. Pool bar waiters/attendments were very attentive. Location is perfect 10 min saunter into Puerto Banus. 10-15 mins to the old town in a taxi. Really can’t fault anything. Give it a go you won’t be disappointed.Show More

The welcome, the guided tour of the hotel facilities, the quality of the rooms, pools, bars, dining and most of all the helpfulness of the staff made this a very memorable stay. The proximity of the hotel to the beach and marina of Puerto Banús mean that you are only a short walk from a wide range of activities, dining experiences, night life and shopping.
