There were conflicting information about reception hours online, so I emailed the hotel prior to my arrival. Quick reply was received reassuring me that reception is open 24/7. The restaurant was under renovation but the nearby Novotel offered great buffet breakfast and I could purchase a voucher for their breakfast at a discounted price at the Mercure. The Reception person was friendly and professional. The room was really clean and comfortable. Excellent for an overnight stay for travel for work.Show More

Lovely shower/bathroom, nice design with a mezzanine bedroom. Friendly service, the Irish girl at reception was great fun. My only criticism would be that the kitchenette could have a larger fridge rather than a small minibar. However there was a microwave. The room was serviced every day, and spotlessly clean.
