my firsttime in MGM grand, i choose this hotel for my birthday celebration but im suprised on how they welcome their guest. first- the front desk named Gina, she is rude to stop me while im showing he...my firsttime in MGM grand, i choose this hotel for my birthday celebration but im suprised on how they welcome their guest. first- the front desk named Gina, she is rude to stop me while im showing her about my online check in and upgrade.she stop me while im talking and ask me "do you want me to check you in or not?" i dont think its the right way to ask your guest, second- housekeeping, i greet them everytime i come across one. but to my surprise no one wants to say something, third- valet, the guy inside the window that i ask for a valet ticket is mean because when i told him that i drop my car and key the other day and no one give me a valet ticket he seems not to believe me instead telling me if somebody found my missing ticket they can claim my car. which i told him i dont have a ticket to missed. forth- room, when i arrived in my room i wanted to call the bellman for my luggages but the o1nly phone that i can use is not working. i let them know about it and they fix it, but before we check out the phone is not working again. so i dont have a choice but to carry all my luggages without the bellman. sheets and comforter has stain inside. fifth- upon check out they are charging me for movie that i never watch, the tv in the room has no signal and asking me to use alternative channel. usually i dont pay attention to details but what i expected in MGM grand is different to what i experience on my stay. The hotel was chosen because of location and affiliation with Marriott Bonvoy. Safe and convenient but the room was dirty, with no amenities, located in a tower where construction was loud all hour. Hospitality was limited to rare human customer service unphased by the guest poor experience with noise, no water and being checked out in spite of paying the late check out in advance. The pool was great as long as you didn't need service. The food and shopping options were also great. The resort fee is high and offers absolutely nothing other than the room you're already paying for. Disappointed is an understatement. Will not recommend it revisit. Show More

The options aren’t particularly special, and the prices are hard to justify, $14 for a single slice of pizza is outrageous, even by Vegas standards. That said, the overall experience was nice. The room, the atmosphere, and the pool make it worth a stay. Despite the overpriced food, I would stay here again.Show More
