Everything was ok until we saw the room. There were hairs all over the sink and counters. We checked the bed and slept there because the sheets were clean. Otherwise it was uncomfortable. It was my fa...Everything was ok until we saw the room. There were hairs all over the sink and counters. We checked the bed and slept there because the sheets were clean. Otherwise it was uncomfortable. It was my family and I staying there. We stayed there with a lot of luggage and were told we’d get help taking it to our gate. In the morning, we called for luggage help and after 20 mins, we just brought everything down to the lobby ourselves. We personally asked for help again and they went from telling us someone would be right up to, “we don’t have bell service at the moment”. We ran late for everything after that. Terrible way of handling it. We were then told where the cart rentals were at the airport for self help. Show More

It was very convenient and didn’t require us to find transportation to a hotel off property. That said, the hotel itself seems very old and rundown. It definitely needs some major updates. The room was very small, the bathroom even smaller that there was barely enough room to swing the bathroom door closed past the toilet. The view out of our room was horrible. Our window looked out over a roof area with several pipes and surrounded by a few other buildings. We definitely were not on the side where you could watch any planes. Show More

As others have stated, you have to see this place in person to appreciate it. It's definitely a home away from home, with a separate kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.
