My flight was delayed by 24 hours and they were super kind in letting me postpone by a day at no cost. They weren't obligated to do this so a special thanks to Hilman for his kindness.Show More

Before booking, I specifically requested joining rooms, but upon arrival, we were informed that no connecting rooms were available, which caused inconvenience for our family group. Additionally, we were not informed in advance that Sirih Café was under renovation. The alternate dining area provided felt poorly arranged and did not meet the usual standard of comfort and ambiance. I hope the hotel improves its communication and transparency with guests in the future, especially regarding room requests and ongoing renovations.Show More
