we stayed at the MIRA, as the first part of our trip. when checking in , we were met by Mark Leung. a very happy polite and charming guy , he explained everything to us .as this was a special trip on ...we stayed at the MIRA, as the first part of our trip. when checking in , we were met by Mark Leung. a very happy polite and charming guy , he explained everything to us .as this was a special trip on entryto the room we were met a a gift from the hotel. the suite was amazing with views over the park . the location of the hotel was great right in the heart of the city , the staff were fantastic , we booked the Spa for a full day on our anniversary and it was great , the pool area also , great . we also booked the lounge where we met mark on a few occasion , i know he was doing his job , but he was fantastic with us , a great to chat to about the city . everyday we were greeted by the cleaning staff , who were a joy to deal with , always happy , there is a very large buffet at breakfast with something for everyone , as our first time in Hong Kong , we don't think we could have picked a better location. thanks to everyone for making a great trip and thanks to mark for all his help. kevin reillyShow More

Thankfully we were able to reach the hotel despite very few ubers due to the rain. We arrived earlier than the check in time but Emily readily offered us a room that was available at the time. Excellent location very central with some of the attractions just nearby. MTR isnt too long of a walk either and surrounding area is also good- you will be spoiled with so many shopping and dining options! The Don Don Donki at B1 of the hotel also adds a great HK shopping experience and Kowloon Park opposite the hotel offers a piece of nature in the middle of a bustling area. Highly recommend Mira Hotel and if you need any assistance at all- Emily is your girl. Thanks to everyone at Mira for an amazing stay!Show More

I’ve stayed here on at least 40 different trips in the last 17 years and I’ve stayed at least 100 days. In the past few years I’ve been living in Asia and I’ve stayed at least 20 days a year. There’s a reason I keep coming back - the location, room amenities, staff, internet connection, gym, and breakfast are excellent for the cost of the rooms. It’s an exceptional value. One staff member in particular I want to commend is Mickey who is often working in the mornings. His level of customer service is exceptional and he goes out of his way to ensure that guests are happy. If he can make “miracles happen” which is the Mira Hotel’s motto, he does! It’s obvious he really cares about doing his job well and about the happiness of the guests. His costumer service is one of the reasons I keep coming back to the Mira!Show More

Reception staff were efficient and nice. After I checked in, my room wasn't available yet, so I walked outside and went down to "Donki" to buy some snacks and soft drinks. This was very convenient for me. By the time I finished shopping my room was ready. The view from the room was nice and clear, overlooking Kowloon Park and a green, scenic area. I enjoyed the view with a can of beer. After a short break, I went to the Mira Place shopping mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel. There are many restaurants there; this time I chose a Thai place. The food tasted good and the restaurant was comfortable. Then I returned to my room to rest. The washroom was clean and the mattress was soft and comfortable.Show More
