Room spaciois, bed very comfortable, bathroom amazing. Location great, got off our shinkanzen train, the hotel is on the ground floor of the station (in Japan 1F); just follow Kintetsu line signs. Should we return back, this hotel will be our choice, cannot recommend more. All hotel rooms face the platforms, we were at the shinkansen platform and for me as a train enthusiast I could not wish for more. Although rooms are facing the platforms, you do not hear anything at all.Show More

While this may be convenient for others, I found it to be too stimulating & overwhelming to start and end my day. Additionally access to the hotel was confusing late at night although the staff did warn me it would be due to construction. Staff tried their best but language barrier was tough- I should have used google translate. I will say that the staff was very quick in responding to inquiries I made on Expedia and even left the hotel to try to find me when I was lost upon arrival. Room small yet comfortable, clean, tasteful & thoughtful decor with many amenities. Breakfast was vast but I think the price difference was $40 for breakfast so I wouldn’t choose it if that is the cost. Many thanks. Show More
