Did not give me the room I paid for and refused a refund. Even refused a refund of the difference for lesser grade room that they forced me to stay in. Did not clean the room or make the bed the next ...Did not give me the room I paid for and refused a refund. First of all the checkin time was 3pm but oir room only got ready around 5pm. Staff were totally confused, and jept asking us if we are sure that we have paid for the room even after showing them the wotif reciept. Rooms were ugly, old full of mosquitos and leeches in the bathroom. We spent only 6 hours inthe room as we couldn’t breathe properly. Wotif should remove this property from thier website.Show More
